Welcome to Omnia Skin Aesthetics. By booking an appointment, purchasing a product, or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please review the information below carefully.

1. General Policies

• All clients must be 18 years or older to book services or must be accompanied by a legal guardian.

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

• Prices and service offerings are subject to change without prior notice.

• Service times may vary based on individual needs and skin condition.

2. Appointment and Cancellation Policy

Effective April 1, 2025, Omnia Skin Aesthetics will implement a $50 fee for:

• Same-day cancellations

• Rescheduling within less than 24 hours

• No-shows

This fee helps us maintain efficient scheduling and provide the best service to all clients. The fee will be applied to your account and must be paid before any future appointments can be booked.

We ask that clients please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if they need to cancel or reschedule. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

3. Late Arrivals

If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, we may need to shorten or reschedule your service to avoid delaying the next client. In such cases, a same-day cancellation fee may apply.

4. Refund and Exchange Policy

Product Refund and Exchange Policy
At Omnia Skin Aesthetics, we strive to offer high-quality, professional skincare products to support your skin health. To protect product integrity and safety, we accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date if the product is:

• Unopened

• Unused

• In original packaging

• In resellable condition

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method or issued as store credit.

Allergic Reactions
Due to the personal nature of skincare, we do not offer refunds for allergic reactions. We highly recommend patch testing before full use. Complimentary samples may be provided upon request, when available.

5. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Personal information collected through our website or in person is used strictly for appointment scheduling, payment processing, and improving client experience. We do not sell or share your information with third parties without your consent.

6. Health and Safety

If you are currently under medical care, taking prescription medications, or have any health concerns, please inform your skincare provider before your treatment. We reserve the right to decline or adjust services based on your health disclosures for your safety.

7. Gift Cards and Promotions

Gift cards and promotional offers cannot be redeemed for cash and are non-refundable. Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced.

8. Right to Modify Policies

Omnia Skin Aesthetics reserves the right to modify or update these policies at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on this page and take effect immediately.
